Baker College of Clinton Township Hosts Blood Drive on March 4th

Baker College of Clinton Township will host a blood drive on Thursday, March 4, from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m., in the student center, 34401 Gratiot Ave., Clinton Township. Baker College of Clinton Township Appoints M. Grajewski as Auto Body Program Director

Baker College of Clinton Township officials have appointed Mark M. Grajewski as auto body technology program director. He is responsible for program development to prepare students for successful careers in auto body repair, painting and detailing. He will assist in faculty hiring and evaluation, and administration procedures of the engineering/technology division. In addition, Grajewski will serve as an academic advisor to auto body students. Baker College of Flint Celebrates Black History Month

In recognition of Black History Month, Baker College of Flint will present several open-to-the-public events throughout February, including a Gospel Concert Night to benefit the Haiti Relief Fund and the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Flint. The concert will be held on Saturday, February 6, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. in the Auditorium, 1050 West Bristol Road, Flint. Reservations are not necessary, however seating is limited to 248 people. Tickets cost $5 for adults and $3 for children, ages 5-17. Choir members from Prince of Peace MB Church, King Solomon MB Church, and Mt. Carmel Church, as well as the Johnson family and soloist Dorothy Waldon are currently scheduled to perform. Gospel Concert Night is sponsored by the African-American Heritage 2010 Committee.
